Canceling an accepted or confirmed booking for unmotivated reasons leads to serious disruption for dog owners and their pooches. It will be a disappointing experience for owners that will likely not turn into new customers for your sitting business. As per our cancellation policy, if this is your first unmotivated cancellation it will result in a warning unless there are extenuating circumstances. Repeat unmotivated cancellations may result in removal from the platform.
